Kodiak the Cat needs a home
Kodiak is an adult, neutered male cat, probably born in 2015 or 2016. He's a robust, strapping cat and very much the master of his universe. Kodiak is selective about who he welcomes into his inner circle. If you are in, he will twine around your legs, roll on your lap, cuddle, and be utterly charming.
He also hates to be left by people he likes, and unfortunately, will nip to try to re-engage their attention, so he is not a good cat for children. We are trying to help him learn other ways to get our attention, but he's a work in progress.
Awesome UPDATE!! - Kodiak had a consultation with someone who specializes in animal behavior modification and in ONLY ONE SESSION, he has learned to go to a specific spot as people enter and leave the room! No more nipping! She said he's super smart and can learn at lot of other games and tasks - We're learning along with him - how to train him and keep his brain occupied when we work in his room and reinforcing his learning. He loves to please us and that makes him crazy-motivated!
